You’ve probably heard of apple cider. Apple cider is most commonly known as a hot drink sort of like tea, but did you know that there is an apple cider vinegar as well? Most people confuse these two drinks together but they are both very different.
In today’s post we are going to talk about how apple cider vinegar can improve your health and why you should be consuming it on a regular basis.
Apple cider vinegar is not a miracle food by any means but I highly recommend give it a try.
Apple cider vinegar is well known for its tremendous health benefits. Here is a list of some of the most common health benefits you can receive just by adding apple cider vinegar into your diet

Before we get into that there is one thing that is definitely worth mentioning. Not all apple ciders are created equal especially when it comes to the processing of the final product.
If you want real apple cider that will give you all these benefits look in the health food section for an apple cider that contains the mother. You will know you found the right type when the liquid itself appears to be a little cloudy and thick looking.
I personally choose Bragg’s Unfiltered Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. It’s a good quality apple cider at a very good price.
How To Get More Apple Cider Vinegar Into Your Diet
I’ll be honest the very first time I tried a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar it almost came right back up! The stuff is really good for you but can sometimes be a little bit hard to take in.
The solution is to sneak it into food combinations where it can actually improve the flavor.
This is the key to healthy eating.
Generally what I do is add Apple Cider Vinegar to my salad dressings and veggie bowls. Anytime you can add lemon or some type of vinaigrette you can substitute with apple cider vinegar. I do this occasionally and this is how I sneak it into my diet to get all its amazing health benefits.
If you do have a cold or feel a little bit under the weather you can try adding 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar to a cup of water. Drink this 1 -2 times a day to help fight off any invaders.
If you do not include apple cider vinegar in your diet on a regular basis I highly recommend that you start doing so.
